Hi! I'm Coach Racheal

I’m a certified yoga instructor, group and personal training coach, weaving reiki energy into my practices. With over 25 years on my own wellness journey, my path is deeply rooted in both modern practices and ancestral wisdom, allowing me to guide others with experience, compassion, and authenticity.

As a mixed Alaskan Native, much of my spiritual work and traditions have been passed down through generations and taught from respected elders from various lineages. Blending this heritage with years of training and experience, I create unique programs designed to honor the whole self — mind, body, and spirit.

I believe that true transformation happens when we feel safe, supported, and seen. Whether new to wellness, returning to your practice, or continuing to deepen your journey, my mission is to hold space for people of all backgrounds and levels to feel supported and empowered as they cultivate balance, strength, and serenity.
